I am a Child Care Law Specialist, Children Panel Solicitor and Domestic Abuse Law Lecturer. As a Family Law specialist, I have had groundbreaking cases in the Court of Appeal case. I am also an experienced private Children and Domestic Abuse Law Solicitor and Advocate.
I was admitted as a Solicitor in 1997 and am a member of the Law Society Children Panel as an adult representative and represents parents during the course of care proceedings. I originally trained with and became a partner with Ashley Bean & Co before joining Milner Elledge in 2003. My particular specialism is complex children act proceedings where there are allegations of sexual abuse and Domestic Abuse.
I have lectured on Domestic Abuse in both Public Law and Private Law proceedings. In my spare time, I am a keen tennis and table tennis player and an avid football supporter.
