In respect of appointments, we are asking that all existing client appointments are conducted by phone for the foreseeable future.
We are keeping the situation under review as we await further guidance from the government and the Ministry of Justice in particular. At present, we do not have the ability to foresee what effect the current situation will have on court hearings or court directions.
It is likely that there will be some interruption to the services provided by CAFCASS, Social Services and contact centres and they will be able to confirm directly to you whether or not this is the case.
